Yes, our DA rose price is now listed as $50 each. While the listed price has increased, the final amount you pay at checkout remains similar to last year.

When you order 3 or more DA roses, you can use code DA2025 to save $5 off each rose, bringing the price down to $45 per rose — even lower than last year!

Once your order is placed and paid in full, we will ship it within 1–3 business days.

Note: During the week of April 21st, 2025 (the first week of our rose sale), we anticipate a high volume of orders. Please allow for possible processing delays during this busy period. We appreciate your patience and support!

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Southern Ontario: 2–3 business days

• Outside Southern Ontario: More than 4 business days

Yes! We ship our plants Canada-wide, from coast to coast.

• Urban areas (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, etc.): $15 flat rate

• Rural areas: $25 flat rate 

We will refund the shipping difference if your actual shipping cost is less than $15 or $25, depending on the rate you selected.

If your actual shipping cost is slightly higher, don’t worry—we’ll cover the extra.
In rare cases, if the shipping cost is significantly higher, we may contact you to arrange for additional shipping charges.

Yes, but with conditions:

• Bi-weekly pickup available starting May 3rd, Saturdays at 10:00–10:15 AM SHARP

• Pickup is available only for repeat customers who order yearly and are already familiar with our pickup process—meaning you know our usual meetup location.

• We aim to finish pickups within 10 minutes

• Please choose “Urban Area” shipping at checkout and email us to confirm you’d like pick-up. We’ll refund the shipping once your order is completed.

Yes! You can combine the following discounts:

• DA2025 – Valid only until May 21st, 2025. If you order 3 or more DA roses, use this code at checkout to get them for just $45 each.

Check your local monthly forecast if the daytime temperature is consistently above 10°C and the nighttime temperature is consistently above 0°C. Then, it’s safe to plant your roses. 

• Store the roses in a bucket of clean water in your garage or any place with temperatures between 5–15°C.

• This method can keep them healthy for up to 1 month (tested!)

• However, for beginners, we strongly recommend planting ASAP for best results.

We can only hold roses for a maximum of 2 weeks after your purchase.
If you plan to plant in late May, please either:

• Delay your order, or

• Make sure you know how to store them properly after delivery.

BR (bare root) roses typically take 4–6 weeks to show signs of new growth.
In the meantime:

• Water thoroughly after planting

• Prune the canes and roots

• Ensure no roots are exposed above ground – this causes dehydration and may harm the plant.

All roses are shipped in healthy, live condition and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Because roses are perishable living products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped.

Sometimes we issue refunds due to shipping differences or if an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock. Please note that all payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor.

Once a refund is issued, Stripe will return the funds to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your credit card provider. Please also keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.

We order all bare root roses in grade #1 size.

Should any roses arrive small size, we will offer them at reduced prices. However, some varieties(Bolero, Poseidon, some DAs etc) may grow in smaller size in certain years. In such cases, these roses will be sold at full price, since all roses of that variety come in the same size. 

If a rose is not listed as “in stock” on our website, it means it is currently unavailable.
Our inventory is updated in real-time, so what you see on the website reflects what’s available to order.
