We guarantee our plants are true to the name

All advertised photos are taken when the plants grow in great conditions. Flowering plants, especially roses, commonly bloom in similar but different colors and forms. Temperature, weather, sunlight, and sufficient fertilization are the key factors affecting rose colors and the number of petal counts. We reserve the right to identify any cultivated variety you received.

We guarantee our plants to leave our premises in good condition

We do our best to make sure our customers are getting a healthy and viable product. All plants are carefully checked and labeled before shipment. However, we do not guarantee any plants that fail due to adverse weather conditions, overwintering, lack of care, and insufficient gardening experience.

2024 Return & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

Plants are live organisms, the stock availability is beyond our control. Our inventory stock may change in a sudden, especially for pre-sale bare-root rose orders that are set to pick up in spring.

All plants are final sales, and no returns are accepted. If you encounter difficulty growing your roses, please email us at support@plantmart.ca for assistants.

If you’ve paid for an pre-sale order in 2024 and it hasn’t shipped yet, rest assured it is our top priority. We strive to meet your needs but also encourage thoughtful consideration before placing orders. Should you decide to cancel, or partially cancel, your pre-sale order, please note that a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Non-plant order

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all merchandise returns.
• Merchandise items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customers will cover the shipping cost of unwanted items. We will cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
• The returned item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging form.
